    This projects contains a GUI tool for editing OpenMath CDs. 
        
    The GUI allows the creation new CDs or just editing existing ones. 
    Internally, a more general XML extructure than the OpenMath CD 
    is handled, this is to allow the automatic generation of code, 
    or at least the skeleton of the code, for the CD codecs. 
    We call those Java CD (abreviated as JCD).
