Monet Execution Manager

The Monet Execution Manager (EM) is a web-service used to execute a Mathematical Plan (MPL). The EM expects the plan to be fully resolved, which means that it doesn't fill in any gaps. Note that the result of the execution will be a Mathematical Explanation (MEL).
