To include: 
1) copy the files in this directory to ant/footer/*
2) edit footer.properies to change the paths
3) add an <import/> tag inside the <project/> tag in the main build.xml as below:

  <import file="ant/footer/footer.xml"/>

4) the new target "footer" should create footer.xhtml files
5) to do this automatically add this to the depends attribute of the mathdox target
